Where we ship

For now we deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Italy. Every order ships from our producer in Piedmont, Italy.

Boxes of 6

Primo is sold in boxes of 6 bottles. Each box travels in its own protective packaging.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Italy.

Preparation and delivery

Primo is made through an artisanal process, so it can take up to 15 days to get your order ready for shipment. We'll email you as soon as it ships. Transit time depends on the carrier and your destination. Carrier delays, holidays or weather can occasionally add time. If an order is going to take noticeably longer, we'll let you know.

Packaging

Primo travels in glass, so every bottle is packed upright and cushioned against knocks. Please check the box when it arrives. If anything has broken, see «Damage and breakage in transit» in our return policy: we'll replace it or refund it.

Trade orders

Orders from restaurants, bars and retailers follow our trade terms (minimum 1 box of 6). Write to info@refolesco.com.
